:: Know me better

     I am born in Torino, a big and quite chaotic town in the North of Italy (the FIAT town), fourty something years ago, and I always lived around here, with the exception of a few more or less short periods spent working in other Italian cities and abroad. Anyway, I consider Val Pellice my homeland, and the place where I really feel at - and which I am used to call - "home". I am married and I have a son, Michail Alberto. More information about my family on my wife Liya's personal website.

     I can speak and write good French (my father's mothertongue) and quite good English, I have a basic knowledge of Spanish, ancient Latin (studied in College), I can maybe just survive with German and Polish and I'm improving my Russian with the help (and patience) of my wife Liya. I had occasion to travel for tourism, work or study in most European Countries and in some African ones, with variable stays from a few weeks to some months.

     I practised and practise several sports: swimming, ski, judo, trekking, and riding motorbykes. As a matter of fact, I am attracted by everything that is new for me and/or that I can learn or try, and I really believe that everybody could do anything if he only wants to and is enough interested in.

     I am a Marketing and Communication professional, specializing in Web Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Website Translation and Localization.

Among Europeans today there is no lack of those who are entitled to call themselves homeless in a distinctive and honorable sense, it is to them that I especially commend my secret wisdom and gaya scienza! For their fate is hard, their hopes are uncertain, it is quite a feat to devise some comfort for them—but what avail! We children of the future, how could we be at home in this today!
